Too often. Way too often. About every other day right now.

Music blasting into my head through a headset. My son’s artwork.
Has anyone close to you ever died?
Yes. My Uncle David was killed in a backhoe accident when the backhoe tipped over onto him as he tried to jump from it. He was 26. I was 15. And it was December 11th. I still have not gotten over that.
Has anyone close to you ever committed suicide?
Not anyone very close to me. But I had this friend Bill who worked next door to where I lived. He ran into some problems in life and one night got extremely drunk and wrecked his car. He was going extremely high speeds on a dark lonely country road by himself. I believe he intended to kill himself although no one ever called it suicide.
How many funerals have you been to?
About 6 or 7. I remember most my Kindergarten teacher being killed on a patch of ice…being 5 years old and not understanding her not speaking to me anymore.
Have you ever cried over the death of a celebrity?
Never. But when Paul Westerberg dies I will fall apart.
What would be the scariest way to die (in your opinion?)
Victim – The Golden Palominoes That song is my death nightmare.
What do you do in your spare time?
Write poetry, read, play with “Bucky” and my chow chows Nikki and Webster. Mess around on my computer, chat chat chat chat chat chat chat…too much chat!!!
What are some of your favorite restaurants?
The Melting Pot, Hops (Gold Coast Pasta..yummyyy)
What time do you wake up in the morning?
During the week.. 5:45 to 6:00 a.m.
What is your natural sleeping pattern?
Lay down, stare at the ceiling thinking…”WHY CAN’T I EVER SLEEP?”
What made you decide to have sex for the first time?
First Love. Ten months of the most wonderful relationship I have ever known.
Were you in love?
Yes, very much so and for 5 ½ years after that with the same man.
What's your preferred method of birth control?
Vasectomy….HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
Have you ever had a one-night stand?
Not willingly.
How many rooms does your house have?
7 – bedroom, bedroom, dining room, laundry room, living room, kitchen
What would be your ideal living arrangement?
I’d like to live in the Walton’s house.. “goodnight John Boy…goodnight PoeticaL”
How many times have you moved in your life?
About 15 or 16 times in the last ten years. There for awhile I could take a waterbed apart and put it back together in a new location in about 3 hours.
What city/state would like to live in?
I like where I am, I miss Irving, TX a lot sometimes, but I would love to live in Arizona right now.
Have you ever lived on your own?
Nope. I’m about to.
What do you do on weekends?
Same thing I do in my spare time! Except I sleep more. I like to just go jump in my car and go somewhere for the weekend, but with a child it doesn’t happen enough.
Do you enjoy alone time?
Yes. I do. I used to hate it, but now I’m learning to revel in it.
If you were stranded at home for a weekend without a computer or a TV, what would you do to entertain yourself?
Read a book. I have shelves full that I haven’t read yet. And Skin and Geek Love are on their way!!! Or I’d paint a wall with poetry, or write poetry.
What is one thing you would love to learn?
Italian, how to play the piano, how to turn my emotions off like a switch and remove myself from painful situations
What are you really good at?
Typing. Thinking. Dreaming. Finding obscure music. Manipulating search engines. Flirting. Writing.

Discombobulated.
What's your favorite article of clothing?
My “hoochie” jeans. Bucky’s name for ‘em. White t-shirts…love ‘em. And my white chunky Sketchers.
Describe a typical outfit you'd wear to work/school.
I wear casual clothes to work. I wear sandals..jeans..casual clothes. I can wear anything to work except for jean shorts and/or cheap t-shirts with writing on them.
What fashion "season" are you?
This is a goofy azz question. I would have to say summer since it’s summer here all the time and I love light breezy kinds of colors.
How long does it take you to get ready to go out on the weekend?
It takes me a half hour to get ready for anything. It might take me an hour to get ready for a “hot” date. I’d be slathering on body lotion and pissing around doing all this stuff he’d probably never notice anyways. *sigh* The things we do for love.
